Bow Wow Meow changed when and how they entered the customer relationship – not as a transactional service provider but as a trusted partner to pet-parents from the very beginning.
The initial brief focused on discounting and campaign messaging. We shifted upstream to the moment before insurance consideration begins – a space Bow Wow Meow could own and use to differentiate itself from larger competitors.
